Director of Marketing

Reporting to the Head, the Director of Marketing will be part of the Senior Leadership Team and as such will lead and implement the school’s marketing, communications and development strategies, raise funds and drive pupil numbers.

They will also deliver a step change in terms of marketing and growth in order to meet commercial objectives, build the reputation of the school and attract the best students, ultimately becoming the most desirable, exciting and talked about school in town.

Librarian (full-time, term-time only)
Salary: £31,000 – £37,900 (pro rata)

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, forward thinking professional who will continue to develop the school libraries as active learning hubs which are integral to the school’s teaching and learning. The successful candidate will also be responsible for the school archives.

Librarian job description

Bar Person (Bank Staff)
Salary: GDST Living wage currently £8.45 per hour

Job Purpose: To provide a friendly and efficient service within the bar at ‘the space’.  To dispense orders accurately and with courtesy to agreed standards.

Hours of work:  As part of the bank staff, you would be employed on a casual basis, subject to work and your own availability.  The hours will be flexible and include evenings and weekends.

Safeguarding:  Nottingham Girls’ High School is committed to the safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, and applicants must be willing to undergo child protection screening appropriate to the post, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service. The post holder will be required to keep their DBS certificate up to date and information will be provided on this.
