Pastoral care - Sixth Form

As your daughter reaches Sixth Form, her needs change and grow with her. She’s figuring out her place in the world outside school and how to make her dreams happen. Our pastoral care will support her through and through.

Every aspect of Sixth Form life, from our curriculum to our extra-curricular activities, is designed to give our girls a fun and exciting education with opportunities to build on happiness and work towards success.

Your daughter will always have someone to go to for help and advice. From the Head of Sixth Form to the Form Tutors, we’re all vastly experienced in helping girls and your daughter can talk to any of us in confidence.

“Everyone here is so open and supportive and incredibly good at what they do. It’s a wonderful place to learn and grow, academically and personally” – Sixth Form girl

Through a combination of PSHE lessons (Personal, Social, Health Education) and the Supportive Friends peer support scheme, your daughter will learn how to achieve and maintain all-round wellbeing and to recognise the need in other girls and help them.

Our Head of Learning Support and School Nurse are always on hand to offer friendly, confidential and expert support and care whenever the girls need them.

We truly believe that a happy girl is a successful girl and our pastoral care makes our girls’ physical and emotional wellbeing its top priority.
