Naomi Owen

Described as one of the most talented mathematicians ever taught by her teachers, Naomi achieved 4 A* grades at A-level and is the top performer in all four of her subjects – Chemistry, Maths and Further Maths and Spanish. She is now heading up to Oxford this September to study Maths.

Naomi regularly achieved Gold in Maths Challenges throughout the school and completed the Maths Kangaroo. She has been a Mathematics Scholar for three years, helping younger students with their understanding.

Naomi also participated in the Royal Society of Chemistry Schools Analyst Competition 2022, expanding her knowledge of analytical science and enjoying working as a team.

In her spare time she is a Girlguiding Rainbows leader, possessing a Young Leader Qualification. She also helps run NGHS’s Quiz Club, where her warm and welcoming manner relaxes and reassures students.

We can’t wait to see what Naomi achieves in later life – she is bound to go far.
