A personalised curriculum brings success

Girls choose from a range of subjects at A Level. We challenge them to play to their strengths and to really excel at what they love. We tailor the curriculum to achieve this, and with our small class sizes and expert staff, we know exactly how to set each and every girl up for an extraordinary future.

It’s not easy to learn a language, but once you master it, it’s really powerful.

Vital learning methods

Our small class sizes offer plenty of opportunities for discussion, interaction and enquiry, allowing our girls to excel. These learning methods are vital to girls. They learn best when they discuss, collaborate and explore a topic deeply. Their intellectual curiosity is inspired even further through our Extended Project Qualification (EPQ), where they study a subject of their choice in depth to challenge the way they think, broaden their horizons and boost their confidence. This approach provides an invaluable foundation for study beyond the Sixth Form and is greatly prized by universities and the working world beyond.

I’m glad I stayed at NGHS for Sixth Form.
It has provided me with opportunities not available to students from other schools, giving me the ability to stand out as a student.
